What's the difference between religion and spirituality and faith?

The true religion covers all the aspects of life whethet it is sprituality, faith or something else and this is what Islam does. However some complications have been created with the span of time which are confusing the believers. I would request you to follow the simple religious orders neglecting these complexities.
