In a new residential area, the following facilities must be adopted for the new community:

Ensuring both general using water and drinking water supply
Ensuring electricity and gas supply
Ensuring cleaner, electrician and guard
Ensuring grocery and medicine shops
Opening club/community center

These facilities are primary and essential needs for our daily life.
