If you are coordinating a session,how should you behave?

I should be well prepared and would have done home work regarding the coordinating session with regard to all the requirements and good pre- communication with the stake holders taking part in the session and would have clarified all the parameters of importance. 

If you are going to coordinate a session you should be well prepared  and focus so that we can express our thoughts and feelings accurately.

 i have to be strict and well organized

Proactive planning and brief the contents /venue to the Jr& sr subordinates and its importance .

allocate responsibility at different level and ensure all have carried out their responsibility  as required.
