This question is very generic. This is different from region to another, amd different from one school to another. In general graduates who find a good job opportunity dont consider further education until they stabilize thier life and advance in their careers. Graduates facing difficulties in finding a job may seek a scholarship for a postgraduate degree. This covers a good % of the cases.
