What kind of certificates that have high impact on resume for Finance people other than CFA?

I have MBA, Finance, and I would like to learn something new that reflects my resume while I am in USA? Any tips please?

There are different courses for FINANCE like MBA FINANCE, ACCA etc but the main thing is experience as will as because theory is meaningless without practicle implementation.
