DNA ==> RNA ==> protein

RNA HAS A CAPABILITY TO STORE GENETIC INFORMATION AND IT ALSO REQUIRED TO FORM DNA . DNA ITSELF REQUIRE TWO STRANDS OF RNA 

DNA can be change into RNA according to the situation it depends upon the situation and function.

agree with central dogma, although viruses are exceptions as they can make DNA using RNA as template.
