At inner corner i always find the marks of end mill cutter, to avoid these marks i use continueous path command but fail to achieve good result.
to avoid this, you need to do the following points
1 - leave a small thickness for the last path for finishing
2 - Use a tool with diameter smaller than the internal diameter of the corner
3- with the finishing path use a small feed with high speed
