who has an easy connection with them and treat them as friend in recpect way , and a teacher who can Conveying to students the information easily in the way they love
Students of the modern time are very wise and they respect a teacher who teach them honestly and seriously. If we go a step further we observe students who love the teachers and respect them who educate them with full effort in a friendly environment.
Students come to learn, so the main reason for a student to like a teacher is that his/her ability of making them meet their goal. There are, for sure, other factors beside this such as the teacher's charisma, the way he/she treat them and the fingerprint he/she put on them in both academic and social behaviour as teachers always thought to be models and in our Arabic world they say "the teacher is about to become a messanger".
There is a stage where students come to their teacher and ask for advice. This level should be based on trust and when you achieve it, you can say "yeaaaaaaaaaaah I made it".
The teacher who recognizes the potential ability of a child to learn and then she encourages the child that "yes you can" giving motivation increasing their interest without scolding them or letting down them-is the teacher liked by the ALL STUDENTS.
Unlike a typical spoon-feeding teaher, I would look for the following in my favourite teacher.
