No,Dental implants aren't considered better than the natural teeth. In general, in dental field, the worst   condition of a natural tooth is considered better than the best dental implant so a natural tooth is always the best. Otherwise dental implants could be the best treatment of choice to treat a missing tooth,but this choice is highly depends on the case itself weither is it suitble to make an implant or not. Before you go on making an implant, a particular assessment is made to determine the prognosis of the implant, These include your medical history,x-rays and clinical assessment. As a conclusion,natural tooth is always the best but dental implant is the best choice when the natural tooth is extracted

I believe this question could not be asked. Implants and dental teeth, they both have the same function. When dental teeth are missing, the implants could replace them and play the same role. But the differnce is that : Implants are not vital.

They both need care. Oral hygiene should be well maintained in order to prevent the loss of the teeth or the implants.
