First of all, professionalism. A sell cordinators should professional in his duty. Second, he/she should   be aware of the job market and sell field. Third, as a sell cordinator, he/she needs to be convener. Firth, he/she should maintain the communication tools, verbal and non-verbal communication. And the most important skill is, bare in minde that, always the  client satisfiction should remains.

He Must be target oriented and should manage his time in appropriate way .
