Iguess failure is a part of human nature. No one have the perfection he wants because none of us is perfect. There are no secrets to success. It is the result of preparation, hard work, and learning from failure. thats what makes us succesful in our lifes professionly, socialy, and reliogiously in order reach whatever we want. So, never under-estimate failure power.

By avoiding unethical work and putting on our maximum effort we can create win-win situation.

Failures' arise due to uncertainity or by underestimating particular work or by knowingly taking Risks.A failure can be avoided through proper Assessments of Actions& Tasks and Also through effecient planning.Sometimes Failures are not in your Hands but how you React towards that Failure is Completely in your Hands!

Some say if you fail to plan your work, you plan to fail. So, in order to avoid failing, we have to plan well, and we have to execute our plan in the best manner possible. Planning, executing, monitoring, evaluating, revising, and adjusting are all important in keeping us on our track for the achievement of our goals.

When we do not achieve the desired end or goal, we call it failure. But I think we can call it trial. Failure is not a permanent state. It is only temporary as we try again and again and again untill we succeed. If we give up and do not try again, it beccomes permanent. I remember reading a book titled failing forward which means, as we try, sometimes we stumble, but when we do, we have to dust ourselves off, stand back on our feet, and move forward. Mistakes should not be stumbling blocks but stepping stones. They say a plan stays most of the time off course, yet it keeps adjusting its path until it reaches its destination. Thomas Edison called his999 failed inventions as trials before he managed to invent the electric bulb. He commented that he learnt that there are999 ways the electric bulb will not work. So, let us plan and do our best not to fail, but if, despite our best efforts, we fail, let's call it trial, learn form it, and move forward.
