What types of grants, scholarships or other forms of financial aid are available for a student returning?

Evry country has it’s politic to  manage how to help their students, so if I have understand the aids given are not honorable  just  the subjects need more and more for continuing , perhaps there are others methods to  be done if the existing students organizations  can demand for a better future, and thinking  soon expectancy ,
