Collective bargaining if successful can stop, picketing, pen down agitation, go slow agitation, wild cat strikes and lock outs. It is essential for a healthy industrial relationship. The management and workers representatives should always try to strike a deal through collective bargaining.
It can be done with or without the help of legal aids or even the local government. Even the Government intervenes as no one wants flight of capital.
