Human relation is how humans work together and relate to one another. The term when used in office situations, or HR, is used to mediate conflicts between workers and ensure a smooth and peaceful environment. Human Relations Skills means how to tackle people, how to use their skills, how to work within a team.For these reasons it is so important.
