Generally how the employer select the employee in the interview on which way?

Seriously depends upon the interviewer. Some will expect direct answer, some will expect creative and some will expect creative. Even it differs with their work culture. Cant predict exactly. Anyway you must know the job.

Interviewer's decision taken place during the first5 to10 minutes either to hire a candidate  or not and accordingly he take the things up.  

Another aspect is either a candidate meeting the job requirements or not.
