A Desired Job or Well Pay Job, What should one choose & Why ?

Job with good remunration is always good to join.  Desired job is what, it is actually associated with well pay. 

I will choose the desired job if I can afford to simply because I will grow in that job and might not attain the same growth rate in the other.

Position it comes to salary

I would say Desired Job.

If we do a desired job, we will be able to perform the best and develop ourselves. If having a clear vision about the carrier, we can achieve a high salary in the field we love.

If going behind well pay job, we are not so sure about what we will be able to contribute. We are just focused on the payouts and so there is no job satisfaction and always a ill feeling will be there. We will not be actually enjoying the job we do.

We should really look for well paid jobs in our desired field.

Desired job will be better especially for fresher!

we dont usually mind how big the salary is, as long as we will be employed!

If people have opportunity to get a secure job, they should take it right away, rather than wait for for the job that would be more satisfying.

Honestly Well pay job because it helps u meet ur and ur family needs. And if the pay is good automatically it becomes your desired job.

People should choose desired job because Money is a short time motivation and its lust wouldn't end but if people are not doing what they love then it would create a problem in a long run. People wouldn't be motivated, pasionate, hardwerking, interested in their work, if they don't have a job what they wanted.

Yes, this is correct everyone is looking a desire job where he/she gets a handsome salary with all other benefits,

If someone got a desire job with lower pay and there will be no such chances a good increment then after1-2 years then definitely he/she will look better opportunity  with well pay.
