What are your job titles as projects manager or technical affairs manager for many projects?

My work as a manager to organize, coordinate and follow-up and guidance and control of human and material supplier

My role as Manager - Sales (Projects) is to get projects to the company and promote our products to projects handle it with other team members, be involved in submitting proposals, making reports, presentation related to projects,.

Meetings with clients and partners taking it forward , meeting deadlines for stipulated tasks.

Although , I am not yet a manager but  I think there is a difference between both . The first could be a general managerial post ,but the second one should be technical background manager.
