What do you do If you wanted to design a more productive organization?

firstly we must sure for what product we are launching, the product is already known to the customers or a very new product.

If the product is launching firt time in the market then we must do more marketing, awareness and one must have pateince for the fruits,

If it is already awared product then we must hire a very good sales team, finance.  This will be foremost key for every success of any organisation.

Later directly, indirectly marketing, offline, online marketing etc..
