The Venue of the meeting is usually on the convenience of the attendees; the default is that it hold on the premises of the client or incase internal meeting; it will be the meeting room or the caller for the meeting office if it can accommodate the attendees.
Yet, it is not necessary to be arranged in this way, it is important to be organized on the convenience of all the attendees to meet its objectives.
