In Saudi Arabia, which one in your company come first: marketing or production?

You must have the product before you market...

I think that marketing should be first .you can not achieve your goal without marketing.

Marketing

THERE ARE THREE MAIN OBJECTIVES IN ALL COMPANIES.

1- CUSTOMER SERVICE LEVEL (SALES AND MARKETING OBJECTIVE) (NEED TO BE HIGH)

2- EFFECIENT USE OF RESOURCES (OPERATION OBJECTIVE) (NEED TO BE HIGH)

3- INVENTORY INVESTMENT (FINANCIAL OBJECTIVE) (NEED TO BE LOW)

ALL DEPARTMENTS POINT OF VIEW IS ITS OBJECTIVE IS THE MAIN. FINALLY, SUPPLY CHAIN SET A COMPROMISE BALANCE BETWEEN THE MAIN THREE OBJECTIVES

I think we cannot generalized that in Saudi production comes first. I think it depends on the type of the companies. For example, banks Vs restaurent 

In Saudi Arabia it is always production. Marketing is something Saudi Arabia is moving towards. As of now production is the priority!
