Is it normal to remain an officer (no promotion ) for more than 4 years as an operations control center officer in an international airport ?

Good Morning Abdulaziz,

I'm a senior operation officer now since2 years. It's my bad not to update my CV because at the time being my company ADAC gave me an opportunity to complete my studies at ADU, Bachelor in Business administration management. So I lost my interest in updating my CV, or to find another job because companies need a degree not expertise.  

Again I'm sorry to mislead you in anyway..
