How does organisational maturity link to good project management best practice?

When you talk about organizational maturity, this is indication of organization establishing best practices in their processes. Maturity models are always established with extensive study of the processes and process management practices.

In such organizations, we can expect  project management process would have been bench marked and process management has been established successfully. Metrics would have been defined in all the3 key stages - Input parameters, Process parameters and Out put parameters - which we call is KQC measures.
