Is GIS fully involved in managing utilities and businesses in the gulf countries?

  GIS is very usefull for all aspect of our life as agriculture, business, management, medicine, commerce, politic...etc . It's becoming the most important tool in any field of work, especially in the field of  international politic and management relations between gulf countries, by for example to fix the countries which have a deal between each other.
