How would you react if you found out that the company where you work is a sinking ship:jump ship or help try to save it? Why & how would you do that?

Sinking companies don't bother much about their people; as we have seen in acqusistions. Feel the pulse of the company and act accordingly. For me it's more interesting to work under challenging times
