According to me a role model should be optimistic and he should have patience. He should also be willing to take new challenges. These two qualities can be acquired easily. If he is a team leader he can lead the team successfully to attain the organizational goals. If he is always tensed and worried about something, he cannot concentrate on his work and so with the teammates.
