What about a person's profile or comments prompts you to view them on Bayt and LinkedIn?

For me always the good questions and answers attracts me to see the profile of a person.

i will always look for answers that are not copied from google or other sources.

i am looking for answer,real answers of people in their own way,even if the answer isn't quite right.

my need is to understand people personalities through their answers.

i  need to measure their creative thinking,willingness to try answers out of their field,...etc.

that is how i always picked employees,i need what they think and what they can do demostrated.

i usually don't go wrong.

there are many on bayt.com that are really creative,well informed,professional people.

Hey Erika thats a good question  , I normally see person profile based on answers and comments and sometimes if there is good question asked. As my interest is in UAE and if I see people who at Dubai and Abu Dhabi I see their profiles and some time i follow them as well.

Sometimes some people see my profile so  I see what they are into which speciality how many questions and answers and how they are progressing.

Linkedin mostly based on company which interest me.

I like to know a little about who is behind the screen, that's all.

For many questions some times one need to provide an educational feedback, other times provide his own experiance feedback for others to share.

the Questions & answers sometimes introduce the person and sometime a good answer intrested you to know a little about who is behind the nswer

It doesn’t matter who has said it, what matters is what  is said, I would rather got for the comments and then the profile

For me it's one'e profile primarily-and if required , I would go through his comments posted online as well

Frankly speaking @ LinkedIn i used to view profile based on the designation and role as we need to induct resource. At bayt.com most of the time professionals are from Middle East so here my main focus is to raise and reply questions and i love this part.

The attraction point for me are person views not only related to the professional life but also in different fields. Here I read so many different views and I appreciate the kind of different views people give about different topics. Its so often I am learning so many different things from so many people from different professions, cultures , countries etc. The network one develops through these sites also help in both professional and career growth.
