giving them powers to work and change

Introducing incentive and promotion scheme

Giving chance of work to every employee

Inviting contributions from lower to top end

There are great methods utilized for encouraging idea generation in the organizations. Toyota uses Kaizen events, where each suggestion provided for employees is valued and if implemented awarded. Recognitions play an important role in establishing enthusiasm for idea generation and be creative. Recognition can be monitory, awards, higher responsibilities if successful, even publishing the ideas openly can make employees proud!!

The whole process can be structured and systematically practiced to make employees creative!!
