What are the differences between Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and 2010?

1. Instead of Office button in2007 version,2010 version has File tab with advanced set of features. The Transitions tab has been separated from Animations tab in2010 version. There are more animation effects provided to a user in2010 version as compared to PowerPoint2007. The user interface of PowerPoint2007 has changed in2010 version with advanced set of features

 

2. The PowerPoint2010 has got advanced options of protecting the content of the presentation as compared to2007 version. Go to the File tab, Info tab opens by default, click on Protect Presentations dropdown menu to choose any of the options that suit your requirements.

 

3. powerPoint2010 has built-in Screen Capture feature that allows you to capture a screenshot of any of the opened applications on your desktop and once selected the screenshots get inserted directly into your presentation

 

 4. New version is always better than the old one as it enables you to keep yourself abreast of the  latest technology. The PowerPoint2010 allows you to create aesthetically-pleasing presentations with more advanced options as compared to2007 version.
