Family is the most important. A man in his life struggling and working for the family (their children, when they raise and grow it has fulfilled its purpose in life). A man works to them of obtaining a better life

Family
Career is important, but it is equally important to be able to give / spend adequate time with family & friends, because at the end of it all they are all that we have. Having a great career (or lots of money) with little or no time for family & family life doesn't quite strike a balance (in my opinion).
Had read this quote few months back "Work hard, but make time for your love, family & friends. Nobody remembers Powerpoint presentations on your final day!"
