the security situation in Pakistan is very serious. If you would like to impruve the organization security you must take some very fundamental spets.
The first is measuring the whole organization: their properties, objects, places and the last people in.
The other is evaluate it, than correct and implement the vission and corrected measures.
The most important is not only equipment but the human potentiall. The trained staff is the most valuable items in your environment. the easy, regular training, exercises is the best way that you can do. the quantity isnt better than quality. Better is less than more and poorly trained staff dont know why they are really and for working.
Then state the inner and outer perimeter, quipment, gear and other necessary stuff which is in your possibility.
State the SOP and the emergency plans is necessity in todays time. your subordinates must be select from only very proved resources and has to be well paid.
the other is the collection of vital information. you have to select it and paid attention to the changes in your own field as the outer.
