Hello how does this web work ?

Hello if the web application programmed via laravel, Django ,php my sql. I see that's better than dektop applications. 

The World Wired Web abreviate by www before any prefixe of website it's mean that the world wide is interconnected via network by different technologies Wired network , Wireless network 5G ... Ect

The Web is too vaste as word and we can use it in many expession depanding to require domaine, objective.
