During an audit malpractice is unearthed, what should be the reaction / explanation given by Albert?

Albert is heading the Commercial department. He is giving regular inputs to the Business Head of mal practices being carried out by the Sales department which is costing the company valuable money outflow. The business head on the other hand does not seem to take any action upon the situation despite all plausible inputs.
