Of course, commanding power is needed to get a job.
It helps to find out the person’s capacity and capability.

Being command on any subject is good but the person should be cautious that he/she should not be over commanding.
Also the person should need to know where he/she should be commanding.

Obeying power(Obedience) is most appropriate in a person to succeed in anything. Before commanding power, there are few other qualities to be considered most importantly.
