I've been thinking about starting an electronic diary?

Hey there, everyone! I've been thinking about starting an electronic diary to keep track of my thoughts, daily activities, and personal goals. I'm curious to know if any of you are doing this and, if so, which application or tool you find the most helpful for maintaining an electronic diary. Any recommendations?
