How would you deal with a rude staff?

Listen to them and tell him i learn from them

Stay patient , stay calm.
I attempt to calm him down and if the situation esculates I would go to the manger.

A team cannot be rude unless their manager or team leader is rude as a reflection of their management. But if there is a model or several non-cooperating people in them. A meeting with them is given to them a solution of the two. As for knowing the reason for their behavior and solving it directly. In the event that there is no problem, but random actions by them, a warning is issued because they interfere with the interest of the team and the company. It is reason enough to modify their behavior.

 ان استخدم لغة الحوار والعقل وأن اعمل علىث تهدئة اعصابهم بعيد عن المشاحنات والاساءة وحل جميع المشاكل بلغة الحوار والمساواة

أتعامل مع الزملاء بأدب وأحترام ؛احاول التحكم بنفسي عند الغضب ؛ تجنب الامور التي تزعجهم ؛البعد عنهم لتجنب المشاكل

Impose your respect for people, you will find people respecting you. Deal with people with morals, politeness and respect. Control yourself when angry.
