What is the most important two recourses for creating GIS ( mapping ) addressed ? this is only for GIS back ground field ?

Dear Muhammad Salman Salman; if you mean data resources for mapping then, it's obviously the component of GIS, including Hardware and software. Litteraly, you should have better system (desktop/pc/laptop) and advanced/simple GIS software, for instance, Arc GIS 10+ version or any, or else, QGIS or so. Well, in secone case, if you have ask about resources for creating or developing map for any purpose? then my answer is that it solely depends on your application/objective as well as, data source available to be processed/analysed for creation/development of a map. It may consist the primary and secondary data sources!
