I am a fresh graduate Electrical Power Engineer and trying to hunt for a job for a year but always get the same rejection mail. Why?

Why are not these companies hiring freshers, especially from Pakistan? If you don't give us chance so how will we become experienced? I have a keen hunger to learn and really want to start my career with the best team. I really want to learn .
