Do not persuade. Yes do not persuade. because if they are your customers and you identify and know their buying behavior, then selling something to them is easy. The old clinche "you can sell a glass far water to a drowning man" is not true. and Educating the customer is not good enough to sell. First educate our self about our customers (both online and walkin) and findout (by listening to them first) how we can connect our products on their liking, love, dream, fashion, and even problems (mostly). If we did the first step, then selling will be easy without scientific calculator and long counciling require.
Inform and offer the customer the full spicifications and advantages of the goods and services.
