IF your question is how to Install ( not download) windows by flash memory so :

1- Try to convert your Windows CD or DVD to  iso image by power iso software tool..

2- download and use this software tool " unetbootin-windows-584"   to create a flash boot with Windows OS includeed ..and tray to start your machine with it ..
