A successful business is based on keeping it competitive, achieving maximum benefit and meeting its goals.
Performance is influenced by individual attributes such as knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and intellectual capacity of the individual; efforts at work - are the respective point of the level of motivation and the amount of energy that an individual fails to perform in a particular job.
No matter how skilled and talented workers are, if managers do not offer them a vision and motivation to keep the spirit of their maximum level of work, business success cannot be achieved.
Finding a group of people to work towards a certain goal can be a delicate matter, since every individual has the personality, characteristics and style of his work that make it distinct from each other.
There are two types of motivation: ● Internal motivation: include responsibility (feeling that the work is important), autonomy (freedom to operate), and used the opportunity to develop abilities and skills, interesting and challenging work and opportunities for advancement.
● External motivation: including bonuses, such as high fees, praise or promotion and punishments, such as disciplinary action, the prohibition of salary, or criticism.
External motivators may have an immediate and powerful effect, but it will not necessarily last long.
Internal motivators, who are associated with quality of work, are likely to have a deep and longer-term, because they are inseparable from individuals and not imposed from outside.
The following strategies will help in managing people with monotonous tasks to get your team members becoming productive, satisfied, and loyal as they could be.

1- Get to Know Your Team: It's important to get to know the individuals within your team.
The more you know about their personal lives and goals, the better you'll be able to structure rewards that keep them motivated.
For instance, a good way to motivate single parents who work part-time might be to offer them flexible working hours, or on-site daycare usually reserved for full-time workers.

2- Identify People's Needs: identifying people's fundamental needs will allow you customize your motivational approach for maximum impact.
For instance, doing what you can to boost people's confidence can be a great motivator and can lead to significantly increased productivity.

3- Increase Job Satisfaction: Use strategies to eliminate any elements that might be leading to job dissatisfaction.
A good example of this would be to get rid of an oppressive company policy such as banning the taking of personal calls at work.
Trusting employees by removing these negative elements can build team trust and create loyalty.

4- Creation of working conditions: Make it fun by creating ideas to make the whole experience feel more like a game than tedious work.
Try to make the work environment as pleasant as possible for your team, especially for those in low-skilled or monotonous roles.
Make sure that it's clean, well-lit, and comfortable.
Also, ensure that you provide a fair and safe environment, one in which people can have great working relationships with co-workers, and one where people are given proper recognition for their achievement.

5- Money as motivation factor: Pay well.
Don't pay the minimum but set your pricing to clients such that you can pay a fair and attractive wage to your workers.
Also bonuses for overtime, exceptional work, etc are a great way to show you notice their hard work.
When it comes to money, everyone gets automatically motivated, especially in a country with economic problems, political issues or with lack of resources.

6- Effective communication manager- subordinate: example, create teams of 5 met weekly for 2 hours with half the meeting focused on discussing a character principle and setting a practical goal to be more honest, take more ownership, etc, in the next week.
Involve employees in decisions, especially in those decisions that will affect to them.
Reward your team by simply saying "thank you" - recognition and appreciation for a job well done can be an incredible motivator
7- Restructuring work as motivation factor of employees: includes job enrichment, job enlargement and job rotation.
Incentives works best; give them a target and when they hit that target they will get incentives/ rewards.
If they can exceed the target the higher the rewards will be.
You can also create a healthy competition within the workers through giving sweet cash prizes to an employee who has the highest output.
Besides, change the mindset and the attitude towards work by involving everyone in contributing ideas to help the business grow, from an employer's point...
and active participation in the company's goals/activities, from a worker's stand point
8- Planning of promotion opportunities and professional development of employees: Help them grow.
Prepare a path of promotion from worker to reviewer to team leader to area leader to trainer, etc.
Also, participate in creating a system to route progressively harder and challenging tasks to those workers who have a proven history of accuracy.

9- Changing of working time, including shortening the work week, flexibility of hour’s daily, working with two consecutive tournaments, the division of labor.

0- Having control over what we do is a major source of job satisfaction for most people.
Whenever possible, give your workers the opportunity to choose their tasks and projects.
The more control they have over their work, the more they'll own, and take responsibility for, their tasks 1
1- Assessment of employees: This helps you motivate people by linking their effort with the outcome of the project 1
2- Division of compensation fairly.

Hire :- by Ads or by Head hunting .
Motivate :- we all motivated in different scales and purposes so you can't motivate someone he is already motivated .

When it comes to data entry, accuracy, speed and time consumed in accomplishing the task are the three main performance indicators. If you managed to develop a measuring level that increases bonus along the line of the three indicators, people will tend to work accurate, faster and finish in less time. A forth factor should be maintained at work place which is the safety of the staff for the wellbeing of your people....
