Why is it advisable to half fill the oil filter before replacing it during servicing?

To avoid Air Bubble / It equivalent to priming of the oil circuit ....................

because the oil filter the only way to pass the oil to engine oile cant get the engine without passing through the filter

prevent propeller cavitation for circulation pump
