Which URL Shortening service is the best one?

URL shortening is a technique on the World Wide Web in which a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) may be made substantially shorter in length and still direct to the required page. When a URL is shortened, insights can be retrieved (Number of clicks, shares...etc.) Which one is the best one in your opinion?

Since I use Hootsuite for social media and they already provide ow.ly shortening tool..
I prefer to use it.
However outside of social media..
I sometimes use goo.gl

I preffer bit.ly since it allows you to use custom short domains if own one, for free. Also, the analytics and information that you get from it is pretty valuable. Tags and comments are also a very useful feature for organizing your links, especially when you have hundreds of links

I personally use Google (like always!) and recommend it to others as well! No need to sign-up separately if you are already signed-in with your Gmail account and it give you all time insights for Clicks, Referrers, Browsers, Countries, etc! http://goo.gl
