Angel investor provides capital for a business start-up, usually in exchange for convertible debt or ownership equity.
In commerial sense these people organise themselves in groups and have huge funds which they invest in number of startups. For example invest in10 different startups, usually6-8 investments fails in practice and the2-4 investments reaps them huge ROI on there total investments in the10 projects.
