How to conduct effectively the activity "circle time" for kindergarten? Can this activity enhance the development and the creativity of children?

if we want enhance the development cretivity so firstly observe to children what he want and whant he want to express himself after that we can do lots of help for that children 

make a plan according to chidren capability,  so we can improve his activity more and easily.
