not sure here what you are asking for is VOIP service vender or VOIP hardware vendor

FOR the hardware phones are from cisco high quality fammous and good looking and can interoperate with sip

POE CISCO always with voice QOS vlan

and for IPPBX use Astrix free highly flexable expandable and unlimited third part modules vpn and so much more i just cant stop loving iit
