The experience we get from the classrooms never ends, it varies according to the students.

Teacher training is to make the teacher train himself / herself to adapt to the classroom, course, students, necessities  and share with colleagues.

When we mix the classroom experience to get into a teacher training, i hope it will not reach an equilibrium.

How to find: That depends on the teacher,

            - how they get with the students

            - how they make the teaching happier

           - how they can learn more from students

           - how to easily adapt to anger, eager and needs

and so on...

If we could learn and predict the students needs, then teacher training is only a tool for us to be happy and to make students happy which brings teaching and classroom a pleasant one.

This is my though regarding experience in classroom to get to teacher training.

We had about 12 weeks teaching practice while doing our post-graduate education and teaching degree. Following that we had to complete two years of fultime teaching, respond to our supervisors advice, take an active part in professional development and take courses. If the Teachers Registration Board was then satisfied, they would issue a teacher's registration.

At times it was a gruelling experience and doing it in a country where tertiary education is expensive - the financial stress sometimes felt unbearable.

All the same, I do think it's important to maintain high expectations and quality input so that all students may access the best possible outcomes.

Practice makes perfect. It depends...

The more the better. You first study for 5 years, then work at least 3to 5 years to becom a mature professional
