Thanks for invitation,

I do believe that, "Excellent" employees are usually effective, efficient and have most other mentioned personality skills.

In my opinion Excellent and Seasoned employees are the most effective and efficient for an organization. Gifted or talented employees are usually required for innovative works which are not regular and can be very easily outsourced. Clever employees always exploit the situation which will be uncovered sooner or later and shall not be good for the organization. The superior employees usually have lots of ego which keeps them away from being a team player which bad for any organization. On the other hand, Seasoned and Excellent employees are like the workers bees in a behive. They drive the value chain of the organization and contribute maximum to the output.
