   in this case, we should first start with preservation technics, so the HR department should introduce internal laws to newly hired employees for examples by giving them catalogues, or on the website of the organization, and it can be even by doing monthly exams to those employees and in those those exams includes different questions about the organisation's internal law and there can be other numerous technics to inform your employees  about those laws to remain respectful and order in the organization and procedures that will be done in case of any violation.

   now in case if there was any violation such as the physical and aggressive abuse against stuff at work, the HR managers should be informed immediately and apply sanctions according to the situation and internal law. then the HR department should announce a full report about what happened and what were their producers so to not let that happens again in the workplace.
