Who has it easier in the Middle East, female nurses or male nurses?

On my opinion both has equal footing! When on the floor each one has to do their assignment but as a team they have to help each other, otherwise the shift is not done properly

Females  nurses as the females are not much comming in front of the males in their home country .The private home care female nurses are preffered more also because of their culture.
