Is it a right decision to quit a job and take trading in stock market as a career ?

Whatever the career we choose as long as we demonstrate the skills and efficiency it is going to reward the benifits. However due deligence, proper knowledge, know how of risk in stockmarkets should be known before taking trading as profession

Depends on the risk appetite , my personal view is the growth is in group work , you can have great knowledge in trading but there is always scope in learning through organisations.
